Shipping is available across India at a fixed rate, which is clearly displayed during checkout. We reserve the right to select the most suitable shipping partner based on the delivery address, and tracking information is shared once the order is dispatched. For international orders, customers may contact us directly via WhatsApp at +91 9335672626 to arrange manual shipping. Orders for physical products can be cancelled only before they are dispatched; once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. To request a cancellation, please reach out to us immediately via email at SambhavCure@gmail.com or on WhatsApp. Please note that enrolment in online courses is strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable. We thoroughly inspect all products before dispatch; however, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing SambhavCure@gmail.com with images and a mandatory unpacking video. You may also share the same via WhatsApp. Requests submitted after 24 hours or without an unpacking video will not be eligible for return or refund. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process, and applicable refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Currently, we do not offer exchanges or accept returns for reasons other than damage or incorrect delivery. Refunds will not be issued for orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
