E-commerce Order Management Executive
Manage online orders, inventory updates, dispatch coordination and customer order communication.
Job Responsibilities
- Process and manage online orders received through SambhavCure.com and supported marketplaces.
- Coordinate with the packing and shipping team for timely dispatch.
- Update order status, inventory and stock records.
- Communicate with customers regarding order updates when required.
Requirements
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Comfortable using e-commerce portals and order management systems. Training will be provided.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Responsible, organized and willing to learn.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Guide prospective students, understand their learning goals and help them choose the right SambhavCure online course.
Job Responsibilities
- Speak with people who are exploring SambhavCure.com online courses and understand what they want to learn or achieve.
- Recommend suitable courses based on each learner's goals, current knowledge and areas of interest.
- Explain course content, fees, syllabus, certification, learning format and enrollment process clearly and confidently.
- Build trust with prospective students through helpful counselling over phone and WhatsApp.
- Follow up thoughtfully with interested learners, address questions or concerns and help them make a confident enrollment decision.
- Use good counselling, communication and sales techniques to convert genuine interest into course enrollments without creating unnecessary pressure.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and enrollment records in the system.
- Coordinate with the course team to ensure a smooth enrollment and student onboarding experience.
Requirements
- Good communication, listening and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable speaking with prospective students over phone and WhatsApp.
- A genuine interest in helping people find the right education opportunity.
- Able to explain course information simply, confidently and persuasively.
- Comfortable with follow-ups and working toward enrollment and performance goals.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Sales, counselling, admissions or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Hindi communication is required. Basic English communication is preferred.
- Nearby candidates preferred.
